Five easy changes/tips to help your workout mindset

Your mind is the key to a good workout. If you’re not in a good headspace, it isn’t easy to focus and achieve in the studio or gym. Follow my top tips for getting in the right workout mindset.

  1. Schedule your workouts in advanced! Having a plan will help create a habit.

  2. Show up hydrated - getting in plenty of H2O helps with energy levels and recovery.

  3. Find a workout buddy - having someone to help hold you accountable will make showing up to class easier and something to look forward to.

  4. Buy a cute gym outfit- dress the part! Look good, feel good. Whenever I have a new gym outfit it gets me excited to get in the gym and show it off. (See our post on our top favorite legging brands!)

  5. Set small goals - something that can realistically be done. Small goals add up over time, and lead to larger victories.
