Member Policies

  • Unlimited Memberships

    All unlimited memberships, including VIP, foundation members, and others, can book as many standard classes as desired any time.

  • VIP Memberships

    As part or our VIP option, members may skip to the top of the wait list, enjoy 10% off all merchandise and food and drink products, and access the Stairmaster 30 minutes before lunch classes and 30 minutes before afternoon classes.

  • Ten Class Packs

    Ten Class Packs can be used to book into any standard class. These packs expire within 90 days of purchase

  • First Class Free / One Week Free Trial

    Both of these trial options are only available to residents of southeast Michigan/Metro Detroit. Out-of-town visitors will need to purchase a drop-in class. One Week Free Trials come with seven class credits that can be used over a period of 12 days.

  • Guest Policy

    All unlimited members may bring one guest per month to a standard schedule class. Guest passes may not be used for special events and are non-transferrable.

  • Special Events

    While some events are open to members for free, some special events, fundraiser classes, and holiday workouts require a specific credit or drop in fee for all attendees. For these classes/events, everyone will need to purchase a pass regardless of membership status. These classes are tagged “Special Event - Pay to Attend” on the calendar.

  • Cancellation Policy

    There is no fee to cancel your membership; however, we do require 30 days before your next billing date to process your cancellation. If given less than 30 days notice, the member will be charged one more month and will have studio access for that month before his/her membership expires. Members cannot request a membership cancellation after a 30-day freeze.

    Members who cancel and later want to reactive their membership are not guaranteed their previous membership rate, but will rather be required to purchase a new membership at the current market rate. Those who wish to lock in their current rate should utilize Peach Lab’s freeze option.

  • Membership Freezes

    Any member can freeze his/her membership at anytime. The member must notify Peach Lab, either in person at the studio or via email at info@peachlabmi.com. It is the member’s responsibility to let Peach Lab know (1) the freeze initiation date, and (2) the anticipated unfreeze date. If the member needs to extend the freeze past this date, it is his/her responsibility to notify the studio prior to the date.

    The first month of a membership freeze is free. Any subsequent months will be a $10 fee to maintain the member’s status and previous billing rate. Members cannot cancel their membership from a freeze—they will need to reactivate before cancellation.

  • Class No Show Policy

    Unlimited Members. If an unlimited member does not show for a booked class, the first incident is graced; however, every subsequent no show will incur a $12 fee. In the event of an emergency (medical, car accident, family emergency) members have 24 hours to notify studio staff to avoid the fee.

    Class Pack Holders. If a class pack holder does not show for a booked class, the first incident is graced; however, every subsequent no show will result in loss of a class credit. In the event of an emergency (medical, car accident, family emergency) members have 24 hours to notify studio staff to avoid class credit loss.

  • Late Cancel Policy

    Unlimited Members. If an unlimited member cancels a booked class 30 minutes or less before the start of class, the first incident is graced; however, every subsequent late cancel will incur a $7 fee. In the event of an emergency (medical, car accident, family emergency) members have 24 hours to notify studio staff to avoid the fee.

    Class Pack Holders. If a class pack holder cancels a booked class 30 minutes or less before the start of class, the first incident is graced; however, every subsequent late cancel will result in a $5 fine. In the event of an emergency (medical, car accident, family emergency) members have 24 hours to notify studio staff to avoid class credit loss.

  • Waitlist Policy

    If there are no slots left in a class, all members and pass holders can utilize our first-come-first-served waitlist. Members are automatically added to the class should more space become available and are responsible for checking their bookings. VIP members will be moved to top of waitlist.

  • Late Arrival

    Members may join class if they arrive ten minutes or less after the start of class. Members who arrive after then ten-minute window will have their reservation cancelled and will be charged the standard $12 no-show fee.
