Introducing Peach Lab

Ten years ago, Eric Giaier set out to change the fitness industry in Birmingham. He aspired to cultivate a community around fitness and his gym. RPM was born, and with it, a warm community of enthusiastic trainers who help clients meet their goals in a motivating environment was born. RPM’s mission was simple: make Metro Detroit healthier and create a fun, motivating environment for clients. And it worked. In the ten years since the gym was founded, it has become the metro area’s premier workout experience that focuses on whole body health and fitness. One thing Eric and his wife and partner, Dunia, noticed was how popular lower-body days were with some of their clientele. The idea for Peach Lab evolved naturally from this.

We all know “butts are the thing” right now and girls everywhere are buying into these social media influencers’ programs. In a society full of social media gimmicks, tricks, and filters, Dunia wanted want to help people feel like the best versions of themselves in a natural, healthy, real, and attainable way. So she and Eric hit the pavement. They pulled inspiration from their own experience as trainers, gym owners, and community members. They traveled to gyms in different parts of the country and even the world to educate themselves on the market and its shortcomings.

So. . .what do you get when you want to create a booty gym that’s centered around community, strives for attainable programming, and is centered around filling a market need for glute classes in a beautiful environment? Peach Lab (of course).

Grow or maintain your perfect peach and enjoy it in one of our focused classes intelligently designed to get you the workout you love and see results exactly where you want them. Our focus is health and we’re steadfastly committed to it—but working out doesn’t have to be boring! Our fun, chic studio is the perfect environment to sculpt your lover body while delivering dynamic and personal workouts.
