  1. Kettlebells! Take your lunges, squats, and deadlifts to the next level by grabbing a kettlebell and adding it to your at-home routine.

  2. Booty Band. Snag yourself one of these resistance bands to work your peach with moves like hip thrusters and squats.

  3. Gliders. Glide around your living room by alternating between hamstring curls and lunge variations using a set of these.

  4. Resistance bands. Traditional resistance bands are a great way to take your traditional booty exercises to the next level. Versatile, these will last you a while and will be useful for any workout you do at home.

  5. A Mat. Something so simple yet so easy to forget. Don’t kill your knees—be sure you use a nice cushy mat for your at-home peach workouts.
